Blackbirds by Sandy Sue Benitez Have you seen the blackbirds little "Ms" scribbled on They would search the entire letter. Their wings clean dust when the earth removes her The birds can only watch and wait, of dreams. Meanwhile, lovers pace. where words disappear like coins. and if she will ever return again.
