Lost at Sea by William (Mike) Blacksmith
Whatever the winds have to offer
Whatever they
May take this curious soul
I am at the water's mercy
Searching for silver
Hoping for gold
So I point my sails outbound
High and tight
Filling with the coming gale
I pray to the ocean spirits
That
No matter the storm
This ship will never fail
And when I reach my destination
Wherever last
These bones come to eternal rest
Scatter my ashes in the water
'cause that's where I'll have
Taken my last breath...
Once again by William (Mike) Blacksmith
This is the time
When we all walk away
From the worry and the pain
Of another day
Once again
We turn our heads
In justified dispute
And give the reaper free reign
To take what's his due
Leave us to the open range
Where we still roam free
Let us walk into the darkness
Wantonly
There we'll stand together
We will stay strong
Fasting on the hungry feast
Starving for the law
Once again we put our lives
Into the hand of fate
And think of much loftier goals
Than we're will to pay...
